Hydrafacial Treatment
What is a hydrafacial?
The hydrafacial is a deep-cleansing and exfoliating treatment and has been hailed as a big advancement over traditional microdermabrasion.
The combination of specially formulated serums and the vacuum-based skin abrasion tip is what makes this facial so unique.
How does a hydrafacial treatment work?
Hydrafacial works by combining

  • cleansing,
  • exfoliation,
  • extraction,
  • hydration and
  • deep delivery of antioxidant protection

to plump up fine lines and wrinkles and reduce pore size. The mini vacuum tip removes dead skin cells and impurities, gently exfoliating the skin, whilst the personalized antioxidant serums cleanse and moisturize.
The deep delivery of anti-oxidants provide long term benefits with skin tone and texture as well as leaving you with clear skin and a healthy glow.
What results may I expect?
The hydrafacial is clinically formulated to improve the appearance of congested pores, uneven skin tones, fine lines and acne-prone skin. Many people report seeing a visible improvement in skin tone after just one treatment, with results usually lasting five to seven days or longer, making it an ideal treatment to have before a special occasion.
The hydrafacial is also known as 'the red carpet' treatment as it is loved and used by many celebrities before a special appearance, however if you want long-term benefits and results, a course of treatments is recommended.
You can also upgrade your hydrafacial to include a chemical peel, red / blue light therapy to complement your needs.
Is the hydrafacial painful?
No. There is no discomfort and no downtime with this skin treatment and you will see an immediate difference in the texture of your skin. The cool abrasion tip makes it much more comfortable than a standard microdermasion treatment.
Am I a suitable candidate for the hydrafacial?
This refining treatment is suitable for all skin types, even the most sensitive skin. It is not suitable for those with active skin conditions such as herpes simplex (cold sores) or those who have been treated with isotretinoin for severe acne within the last 12 months. If you are unsure, we are happy to see you for a free consultation to determine what might be the best treatment to suit your individual needs.

The Hydrafacial has been a popular treatment since we introduced in our center early this summer!
